The purpose of this research is to explain how improve teacher’s skill that must-have in the 21st century, which includes critical thinking skill, collaboration, communication and creativity. subject were several principals teachers Elementary Schools East Jakarta, include state or private school, with 15 as participants. This uses a qualitative approach case study method, data collection from interviews, questionnaire, observation documentation. result shows have made efforts develop teacher competencies aspects thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration skills.
